I purchased the house at 3017 Willing in June of 2005.  It was built in 1939 at is currently 1,40 sq ft. 

Since Melanie and I got married, we have known we needed either another house or to renovate our house. Melanie had been searching the internet for about a year looking for the perfect house. It was hard because we wanted to either stay in Ryan Place or move to Fairmount. We really didn't want to move to far from the city center. We looked at lots of houses mostly in Fairmount. We had a contract on a house in Fairmount for about a week, and then decided, after the poor inspection, to get out of it. Here are some photos of the house prior to renovations. 

We signed a contract with a contractor on October ?, 2008.  He didn't begin until about 2 weeks after. So, the above photo is the back of the house which will see all of the renovation. This photo shows the back room which was an addition to the house in the 50's or 60's.
